    • Why is my product listing missing?

      Your listing could still be a draft or pending approval. Head to your manage products and click on the drafts tab to find it.

      If you can't find a specific listing, first head to Your Listings page where you can navigate to a few areas it might be hiding.

        • When creating your product listing, you will need to let our team approve your product.

        • If you'd like to relist an item that was cancelled, or if a return was made and the item made it back your way, you'll find these listings under the “manage products” tab of Your Listings. Click "Restore" or "Edit" to make them live again.

        • If your listing does not appear in either of these sections, it may have been flagged by our team.

      If you feel your listing was removed or flagged by us in error, feel free to email (sellers@diamonds26.com). Our team of experts can help you get your listing live, investigate further to find your existing listing, or provide more information on why your listing is pending review/deletion.

    • Why do I have to call to confirm my order?

      To keep and monitor the security of both our buyers and sellers, diamonds26.com marketplace occasionally requires a 45 seconds phone verification for certain orders. A member of our Security Team will ask you few simple questions that will not require you to share any sensitive personal or payment information solely to verify your recent order and keeping everything safe.

    • How do I check my order status?

      You can check the status of your order on Your Purchases page of your account. Sellers have 3 days from the purchase date to confirm the sale. Once your seller confirms, the order status will automatically update from 'Pending Confirmation' to 'Order Confirmed'. Once your item has shipped, the status will change to 'Shipped' along with your tracking number. For a shipping update on your recent purchase, locate the order on Your orders page, and send your seller a message by clicking contact seller or simply contact us for further assistance.. We will send you an email with your tracking number once your seller ships and the shipping carrier details and labels. Sellers must ship within 3 days from the purchase date or we can take action and cancel the order for you.

    • Why didn't the seller confirm my order?

      Sellers have 2 days from the date an order is placed to confirm the sale. In the event the seller does not confirm within the 2 day window, the order will automatically be canceled at midnight going into the third day. You will be refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days after the cancellation was executed.

      The item is also removed from the site to avoid any confusion, so repurchasing is not an option unless the seller places the item back up for sale. If you still want the item, we recommend contacting the seller directly by clicking contact seller on Your Orders page. The seller may have missed the notification that their item sold and still want to sell it.

      Your order status will show as canceled on Your Orders page. In the event the seller does not respond, our representatives would be happy to assist you in finding another similar item for you to love.

    • How can I flag or report an item or inaccuracy on the website?

      If you see an item you believe to be a replica or an item that is inaccurately priced or misrepresent, you can report it to be reviewed by our experts team. Select the product or page that you want to report and submit for our review and copy its entire link then paste it into our contact us form in the “comments” field.

        • You'll be prompted to select the reason you are reporting the listing: Authenticity Issue, Image Issue, Inaccurate Pricing or Information.

        • Provide us with some more details as to what made you concern regarding this particular item.
